After being away for a few days, it was fun to get back to the gelatine printing experiments.
This below is the second background piece, although I'm now thinking that it's a bit dull compared to the first one. Still, they needn't actually be seen together, so a comparison is probably not necessary.
These are the next batch of prints stamped with the home-made gelatine circles.
I've used most of the stamps that I have carved over the last few months to make the impressions.
It's amazing how many variables there are in the process, the thickness and viscosity of the paint, whether it's the first or second print and of course how the stamps are placed on the gelatine.
