Panna cotta is one of my favorites. I would never make it.. gelatin is not in my repertoire, but I always order it when it is on the menu...
I'm not sure that it would appeal in the early morning Dorothy, but it was scrumptious for lunch. SueThis was in a private home Jordi, not a top restaurant, but she is a brilliant cook! Sue
