Fabric Sculpture.
A group of people including myself, decided to take up the challenge as featured in a recent issue of Quilting Arts. Take a piece of fabric, quilt it, cut it up into at least 6 pieces, sew it back together again in a non-rectangular format and then construct a 3D sculpture from the altered quilted fabric. These pictures show what I did. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the original painted fabric before I quilted it.
